Ha... very nice.

Sometimes I wondered what meditation was over the years and that I couldn't be arsed doing it. Then after reading MBT I realised the reason I didn't know what it was, was because I had been practicing it for howevermany years and labelled it as a specific thing... I mean... I couldn't help it in some cases because of the way it's generally written about.

It's an elusive thing.

I remember reading many times about Frank Kepple saying that he really had no idea what meditation was, nor did he believe he ever did it.
Well, the honest truth was that in order to consciously phase, he had already mastered meditation. He just didn't realize it.

'inducing SP' or 'name repeating exercise' if my diaries or old method are anything to go by.
