Lesson 2: Learn to Focus

This lesson will help you work on your ability to focus on "something" (an object, a scene, etc), AND help teach you to hold that focus for extended periods of time. This is an essential, yet basic skill required if you wish to learn to project consciously. Per Lionheart's suggestion, practice with this video as often as you can. As a guileline, he suggests everyday for two weeks.

After you've watched that a few times, you'll have to figure out a non-physical focus that works for YOU.

After watching that video a few times, read the following article: http://www.unlimitedboundaries.ca/2015/ ... technique/
In that, I will tell you the secret to projection and how to make it easy for yourself by finding your very own "focus". You will then use this focus in order to project your consciousness away from this physical reality and to the non-physical!
