The light patterns are quite good! :)
Try them out and let me know what you think.

Xanth, do you happen to still have these files? I would like to give them a go. Thanks.

Heya!

I certainly do... I was curious why the links were broken, but it would seem I updated the filenames a bit ago and forgot to update these links! :)

How are you enjoying your Kasina?
I haven't been able to use mine in several months at this point, but it's NOT due to lack of desire... I love the unit. I've just been super busy with everything else in life. >_<

Awesome. Thank you.

I've only had time to try three sessions so far, but enjoyed them. I did get a bit nauseous with one of the sessions which surprised me. I think it was associated with too many altering patterns between the right and left eye.

For the price, the Kasina definitely seems to be a worthy device. I look forward to trying out more sessions. Thanks again.

I've ordered one of these nifty gizmo's on your recommendation Xanth, am looking forward to experimenting with it! One of the reviewers on Amazon said it helped them with their SAD...being I am currently based in Scotland, the winters are long and dark so I see this is a worthy long term investment! Many thanks for providing download links to those files. :)

Heya Samwise,

I'm kinda curious if you received your Kasina eventually and what you think about it?
